The Park River West Condo Association works with the following contractors:

  • Snow Removal & Mowing:
    • The HOA contracts with Zeik Construction for mowing and snow removal of driveways and the sidewalks along Park River Place and Moraine Ave.  They normally plow when 4-6” of snow has accumulated at their discretion unless the Association requests.
    • Zeik also offers Unit Owner drive and sidewalk plowing/shoveling for a small fee

  • Painting:
    • The HOA contracts with Thom Shafer for exterior painting.   Many unit owners have also contracted with him for interior painting.  He can be reached at Shaferepco1@gmail.com or phone 970-443-9020.
