The Park River West Condo Association works with the following contractors:

  • Snow Removal & Mowing:
    • The HOA contracts with CJM Services for our property landscaping. This includes seasonal mowing and snow removal of driveways and sidewalks along Park River Place and Moraine Ave.  Snow is normally plowed after accumulations of 4 to 6 inches or as requested by the Association.
    • CJM also offers individual Unit Owner drive and sidewalk plowing/shoveling.

  • Painting:
    • The HOA contracts with Thom Shafer for exterior painting.   Many unit owners have also contracted with him for interior painting.  He can be reached at Shaferepco1@gmail.com or phone 970-443-9020.
