The PRW Annual Meeting will be held at 9:00AM August 10th at the Presbyterian Community Church of the Rockies, 1700 Brodie Avenue. We hope to see everyone there.
Please note that the road to the church is under construction. When you get to the intersection of Fish Creek and Brodie, you will first see a Road Closed sign. But there will be a gap in the barriers which allows access to the road to the church parking lot. There is a very short section which is covered with aggregate asphalt and is not paved. However, there is no issue with this, so don’t hesitate to drive the few yards through it.

The PRWCA Annual Meeting will be held at 9:00AM August 10th at the Presbyterian Community Church of the Rockies, 1700 Brodie Avenue, Estes Park, CO 80517. The Notice, Agenda, Proxy Form, Budget Proposal, and the 2019 Financials Year-to-Date for our Annual Meeting were emailed and USPS mailed on July 10. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete the Proxy Form. It has been simplified to assist in getting as many as possible returned to insure a quorum. Only one person needs to sign if he or she is legitimately acting for all the owners. You can appoint anyone as your proxy. Proxy forms must be submitted by August 9. Mail it by USPS to 684 Park River Place or email your proxy to email@example.com. To comply with Colorado law, put a little note in your email message that it is really you and send it from your record email address.

Park River West Volunteer Work Day is Saturday, September 22 at 8:00 a.m. Meet in front of unit 620.
We’ll be doing some much needed tree trimming on the PRW property. Bring your gloves and any tree trimming tools you may have. No tools, no problem, come anyway and you’ll be able to help as well.

If you have not already, please mail your third quarter association dues of $645 by July 1 to Park River West Condo Association, 684 Park River Place, Estes Park, CO 80517.

This year, Park River West snow removal will be done by Rocky Mountain Property Services, L.L.C. dba Twin Fawn Management. If you wish to contract them to plow your private driveway at PRW, they will do so for a fee of $20 per visit. Contact them directly at RobAMcCauley@aol.com.
